Near S. Bartolomeu da Serra with its rural landscape but close enough to the beaches of Santo André and Melides we find this homestead with 13.6 hectares, without any construction but which may host a rural tourism unit with a maximum occupation of 4000sqm or 500sqm for a private residence, including buildings, paths and swimming pools. It is in this area that you lose sight of the world famous beach of Comporta and many others that make the Alentejo coast one of the most exquisite tourist destinations in Portugal.
